p3333 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p3333 ("p3333", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at p3333.org. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on p3333, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on p3333, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; (c) all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete; and (d) you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.

These Terms apply to all features of the p3333 Platform, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot games, sports betting, online bingo, crash games, e-sabong, the VIP programme, all promotional offers, and all financial transactions conducted through the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use p3333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum gambling age for PAGCOR-licensed online platforms in the Philippines is 21. This requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register accounts on p3333.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of p3333 or any of its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, or of any gaming provider whose titles are available on the Platform.
• You must not be listed on any PAGCOR or operator self-exclusion register applicable to p3333 at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• You must not have had a previous p3333 account closed for cause — including but not limited to fraud, AML violations, or Terms breaches.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on p3333 at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on p3333 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). p3333 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter, subject to availability and applicable limits.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Individual maximums vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be flagged under AML procedures.
• p3333 does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, third-party fees imposed by GCash, banks, or other payment processors are outside p3333's control and may apply.
• p3333 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion, particularly where AML screening requirements are triggered.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt. e-Wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) typically reflect in real time; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. p3333 complies with Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and subsequent amendments. Suspicious deposits may be held pending investigation and reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your p3333 Account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before your first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as your p3333 Account. p3333 will not transfer funds to third-party payment instruments.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• e-Wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 5–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed the same or next business day, subject to cut-off times.
• p3333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above specified thresholds.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

p3333 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and tournament prizes. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are satisfied in full. Real-money winnings derived from bonus wagering may only be withdrawn after bonus clearance.
• p3333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where abuse is detected.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or systematic wagering designed to exploit bonus conditions will be voided. Associated winnings may be forfeited and the Account suspended.
• p3333's determination as to whether wagering requirements have been fulfilled is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on p3333 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories. Slot game RTP figures are published and reflect certified theoretical return values. p3333 does not modify game mathematics post-certification.

Sports betting markets and live in-play betting are governed by p3333's sportsbook rules. Bets placed on events where the outcome is already determined at the time of placement will be voided. p3333 reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error has occurred.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p3333 and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age
• Registration of more than one Account per person
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or circumvent game logic
• Collusion with other players or p3333 staff to obtain an unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any activity violating the Anti-Money Laundering Act
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider after receiving gaming services
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Any other conduct that p3333 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to other players or the integrity of the Platform

10 Responsible Gaming

p3333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit
• Loss limits — thresholds beyond which your session is automatically ended
• Session time reminders — on-screen notifications of time spent playing
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion — voluntary exclusion from the Platform for defined or indefinite periods

11 Privacy & Data Protection

p3333 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the implementing rules of the National Privacy Commission. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data are governed by the p3333 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on p3333, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction monitoring for AML compliance, and game session logging for regulatory reporting purposes.

p3333 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to: (a) licensed gaming technology partners required to operate the Platform; (b) payment processors required to facilitate your transactions; and (c) regulatory bodies (PAGCOR, AMLC, NPC) as required by Philippine law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the p3333 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to p3333 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of p3333. Game content from third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p3333's total cumulative liability to you — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

p3333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if p3333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

p3333 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

p3333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms
• p3333 suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct
• PAGCOR or another competent authority directs p3333 to restrict the Account
• A Player's KYC documents cannot be verified or are found to be fraudulent
• p3333 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk

Upon lawful termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of voided bonuses and amounts subject to AML hold) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Where termination results from confirmed fraud or criminal activity, balances may be frozen pending investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting p3333 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your payment method.

15 Disputes, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of p3333 are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16 Amendments to These Terms

p3333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, p3333 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the p3333 Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
